How To Napkin Decoupage
Please note:Always wear appropriate clothing, and take proper precautions when exposed to sanding dust and the fumes of products used. e.g, paint and varnish. Check the manufacturers instructions.
1. Either cut your design from the napkin or use the whole sheet.
2. Remove the two backing pieces from the printed napkin.
3. Apply napkin glue / sealer on to plain or painted surface.
4. Carefully apply the napkin to the surface while wet and seal with further coats as required.
